I have always had fast and very accurate diagnosis from Dr Rob she always listens attentively and the receptionist is also fantastic at relaying messages

I’ve been a client of Dr. Milo’s since shortly after they opened and I can’t say enough good things about him and his practice. He is a doctor who genuinely cares about you and your wellbeing and actually listens to your concerns. The receptionists are excellent, it’s never be a problem calling in. Sure sometimes you may have a few minute wait but so what, remember they are very busy helping other people also. Great doctor, great office staff Thx Joe

Don’t settle for the bare minimum, that’s what you get if you go here. My mother was a patient here, we could never get an appointment when we needed it. When we did see the doctor all he did was sit and stare at his computer, he barely spoke, he didn’t ask the questions a doctor is suppose to ask to help come up with a possible diagnosis. He has no bedside manner, he comes across as uncaring and not interested. He’s lazy in my opinion, my mother had a chronic infection and he kept repeating the same antibiotic which was not working. She was sick for months, we finally went to another doctor, she had lost 10 pounds at this point, he said he needed to try another stronger antibiotic, which we did and finally she is recovered. Don’t settle for second best.

My mother and I have been patients of dr Robb’s for many years and we have loved her service and care for us, but within the last 6-8 months the service has gone down the toilet. The service from the receptionists at Morningstar clinic working under Dr Robb has been absolutely appalling. My mother has been referred to other clinics by Dr Robb to get tests done and both times her files were never sent to the doctor she was referred to and has had entire days wasted since there was no information sent. When she called Dr Robb to try and get her files sent the receptionist was extremely rude, judgmental and down right unprofessional. The laziness of the new receptionists is appalling and they should be replaced with people who actually care about others and their health. I would call to put this complaint in if they actually ever answered their phones.

I really appreciate Dr. Robb and her approach. She is caring, thorough, and does not rush appts even though the office is clearly quite busy! Dr. Robb is flexible, and she actually listens to me- ensuring intervention is tailored to my symptoms and my concerns. Having a good doctor in Niagara seems rare these days, and I feel really fortunate to have Dr. Robb in my corner. Thank you for listening and for caring.
