I came here to get my battery replaced on my laptop and had a pleasant experience. They gave me a quote that they stuck to, got the battery and fix the computer within a couple days, and called me as soon as it was ready for pickup. I definitely use Morcor Computers again if I needed more technical support.

The employees are extremely nice but they did not run my PC through a full test with and what they told me my issue was (cpu) wasn't actually the issue (motherboard).

One of the staff members quickly diagnosed it as a failing hard drive and reassured me that I didn’t need a new laptop, especially since I mainly use it for YouTube and emails. He promised it would feel like a brand-new device once fixed — and he delivered! Not only is it running much faster, but he also managed to have it ready for me the same day.
