My husband is not one for shopping and Lucas was a wonderful help. He made the experience easy and efficient. We were very pleased with his suggestions and would highly recommend shopping with him on your next visit to Moore’s.

A big thank you to all the great staff who were very accommodating , friendly, as I wasn’t able to attend a dinner function due to a medical emergency with my girlfriend, the rental suit was never used, staff were very concerned, empathetic and extremely helpful!! Thank you for your, friendly, professional, outstanding costumer service!!!

Fantastic staff helped me through an “emergency”. Forgot my suit jacket and pants for a wedding that was in 3 hours. Rushed here with shoes and dress shirt. Was looking to just get a pair of pants that I could pull off with the rest of the ensemble. I was helped by Sam and Amber who sprung into action and immediately presented me with multiple options. And not just a pair of grey slacks to throw on either, they helped me with specific patterns and colour pairings for the pants. I came out of the dressing room with pants that complimented my outfit and body so well that I decided to grab the suit jacket too. Best of all, the full suit that fit me perfectly was on sale. It looks even better than the one I left at home! Can’t thank this Moore’s and its staff enough for getting me out of this jam looking as great as I did.

Horribly managed. You are told one thing about when to come pick up your altered items and then when you call you are given an entirely different answer. Manager and workers are not on the same page nor do they give out the same information. We were lied to by the manager about pick up times and said we were given papers with pick up dates and we weren’t. As much as the manager complains about people coming in at the last minute to get items for the wedding she has no problem with her employee telling people to come in three days before the wedding when their suits have been sitting there for weeks. No not recommend. Spend a bit more money and go some where else!

Attentive, respectful, super helpful and we had an awesome experience. Great selections, guilt free prices, definitely recommend this location!!! We felt no stress, no pressure, and we found it to actually be a joyous, fun place. Thank you so much for making my family have an amazing time and making it a beautiful memory for a monumental moment!! They can’t stop talking about it.
