March 2026: I told them I wasn't interested after they did no work and told me I would be billed before any work would be done. No thank you. Are you trying to extort money out of me? I just received another call. Expect the longest review in history cause every call is going on here from now on. A now deleted response proves that they are aware I'm not interested in proceeding and that thye admit no work has been done. Youre still calling. What other reason could it be other than extortion? Please tell me and everyone else reading this review why. Thank you Feb 2026: theyre still trying. To anyone reading this i hope you don't make the same mistake I did and call them. I will no longer remove this remove once they stop. I will keep updating it however until they do. Beware shady business practices. I will remove this review when they stop calling me every week demanding I make use of their service. They are STILL calling months later. Listen. Everybody do yourself a favor and go with Jerry's if you're in the niagara region. Update: 2026 and still getting calls pressuring me to use their service. You've all been warned. Do healthy, successful businesses need to operate in this manner?

Some contractors do a job — Moore Insulation shows up when it really counts. They’ve been part of our renovation for several years, spray-foaming our attic walls and basement along the way. Most recently, they came out during polar weather to insulate and structurally secure the back wall before we begin a new addition. That kind of commitment says a lot. Thanks to their work, the building is now well sealed, quieter, and structurally solid. For a place that dates back to 1850, that’s a big step toward bringing it into the 21st century. A sincere thank-you to the whole crew — and Phil, wherever you may be — for the craftsmanship, professionalism, and reliability throughout this journey. Highly recommended.

We hired Great Northern Insulation to insulate our home from inside as we had just found out that our home was not insulated. We are really happy with the workmanship that these guys did while working in our home. There was a hiccup on the starting time however when they arrived in a little later they came in and got straight to work. The first thing they did was laid plastic down throughout our home and covered our furniture as well. We honestly did not stick around while they worked but when we did come back they brought us up to date as to where they were with our job and what we were to expect until completion. When the job was complete plastic was removed and our home was vacuumed up from top to bottom. We would recommend this company as they stood behind their word and followed through until the job was done. Thank you.

Moore Insulation did a great job insulating our attic for a home energy rebate we had applied for - can’t thank the team enough! Their Operations Project Manager George took the time to thoroughly answer all questions we had and even stopped by to verify measurements for a personalized quote. Price was fair and the work done has made a positive impact on our heating bill & home comfort. Insulators were professional and left everything cleaner than they found it. Our home energy assessor even commented how great of a job Moore Insulation did and was impressed with how evenly distributed everything was. Thanks so much!!

Just had our attic insulation upgraded from these guys. Quick, professional, great service and what a difference it makes! Felt immediately after they left. Small hiccup with some missed weatherstripping but was dealt with professionally with clear communication. Great price too! You won’t be disappointed with these guys!
