Eyad and his pharmacy tech staff are truly amazing! Not only are they prompt and informative but they truly seem to care. Through the years, they have given me many helpful hints with dispensed medication that goes above and beyond their job requirements. They’ve accommodated my less then ideal health plan and helped recommend options to assist transitioning medications. I feel truly lucky to have stumbled upon this gem of a pharmacy. I highly highly recommend Montebello Medical Pharmacy. Their kindness, knowledge and care is something that truly makes them stand out in a city full of options.

View on GoogleThe doctor I have there is fantastic, five starts for her!!! But the pharmacy there is another thing altogether. I have been with that pharmacy since he opened. Initially he was great and now several years later, he is rude, uncaring, terse and treats me like I am an annoyance. Today when I tried to speak to him further about a prescription issue that keeps occurring, he cut me off rudely and said he had other customers to attend to. What am I if not a customer? It was a brief call and I simply wanted to ask him one more question when he rudely dismissed me. I will no longer be dealing with that pharmacy, I am having all new scripts filled elsewhere. The new place I called assured me I would not be treated as poorly as I had been today. He has been nasty to me on a few occasions now and even told me that my own doctor was sick of me bothering her all the time. Totally untrue, I asked her. What the issue is with me, I do not know. I can only assume because I have recently had some of my more expensive scripts covered, it is about the money he is losing. About three hundred dollars a month. I have never been treated so shabbily in my life by someone in the healthcare field. I am done and so to, will other family members that get their medications there as well.
