Montebello Medical Clinic

This clinic is top notch. From the receptionists being able to assist with booking appointments to the waiting time being less than 20 minutes. They’ve recently upgraded their system online which ive found user friendly. As for doctors, I can’t say enough about Dr.Hutchinson. She is funny, informative and kind. She takes the time to listen and is open to providing different options for treatment plans. In the 9 years that I’ve been a patient I have NEVER encountered rudeness of any kind….in fact I’ve received the opposite… kindness, efficiency and professionalism(even on their busiest days.) Our region is very lucky to have this clinic.

I love Dr Wan. She has been great and has been very supportive with sending me for specialist appointments when needed. She is kind and personable. We are very lucky to have her as our family doctor.

Absolutely disgraceful medical facility. I was a patient of Dr. Mannaga and apparently he was released from the clinic with no explanation. He was a great doctor. and now I have been left in limbo once again. I signed a contract for my healthcare to be taken care of at this facility. And now suddenly I am no longer able to attend the walk in clinic. They dont care about their patients. These types of medical facilities are the reason healthcare is falling apart in this country. Finally have a decent doctor and he is removed without explanation. Now im stuck with doctors that are imported from overseas who constantly move around. no consistency. this clinic should be ashamed.

I've been a patient of Dr. Vera Wan for many years. She has always advocated for me and been very helpful in treating me properly and obtaining referrals when needed. Medications are quickly dispensed and the staff are fast, kind and efficient. I like the online booking system, it's quick and I can pick what works best for my schedule. I understand that the staff are super busy and this is a more efficient system for them as well.

I find it very unprofessional of Montebello to leave patients of one of their doctors who they forced out of the clinic high and dry. The doctor is was seeing was an excellent doctor and the clinic choose to not renew his contract without any explanation. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone if that is the way they treat a good doctor.
