Rude store owner. I left almost immediately after entering because the store owner was so rude.

I visited the store twice today, Saturday, between 4:00 and 5:30 PM, but it was closed both times. The first time, there was a sign on the door saying someone would be back shortly, so I returned an hour later. However, the sign was gone and the store was still closed. I was hoping to check out the pearl jeans displayed at the front, that I was ready to purchase. Could you please share the price? Also, do you ship to Toronto?

My mother and I were in the store the other day and ROSE was fantastic! She helped us out with sizes, got an idea of what we were looking for and provided some options - but never pushy. We had such an enjoyable visit to the store. We have continued to enjoy the store over the years because of the incredible inventory, amazing quality and great pricing but this year I thought I should drop a review because as things open up and we have more places to get dressed up for ... this store is a definite must! Thanks for the great experience!

I had a great experience. The inventory is beautiful and the lady that assisted us was a joy to deal with. I hope to shop there again.

The store hours stated they were open until 5pm today. We arrived 10 minutes prior to closing and saw a beautiful item in the window that I was prepared to purchase. We knocked and a lady came out sternly saying they were closed and I mentioned that there was still 10 minutes prior to the closing time and without even having another word in, she rolled her eyes at us and slammed the door. How rude and unprofessional! That alone, turned us away from ever returning.
