Then I was sent to an emergency extraction to bunting where I received great care from Dr. Chiya Goran and assistant Rania Bakhiet. Amazing
View on GoogleAvoid at all costs 🚩 From the moment you walk in, professionalism is nonexistent. No greeting, no acknowledgment as if they didn’t see you and just awkward silence like patients are an inconvenience. The hygienists are incredibly rough and careless, treating your mouth with zero gentleness or respect. A dental cleaning should not feel like you’re a lifeless body on a table. To make it worse, they actually ask patients to hold dental equipment themselves while the hygienist works completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Am I here for an appointment or an unpaid shift? Every single visit, I’m suddenly told I have a new cavity, which feels more like a money grab than actual dental care. Trust is impossible when the diagnosis changes every time. The office itself is outdated and poorly equipped there isn’t even a proper sink setup for patients to rinse comfortably. It feels unsanitary and neglected, like renovations and basic upgrades are long overdue. Customer service is just as bad. If you try to ask questions or raise concerns, staff literally walk away while you’re speaking or hang up the phone on you. No accountability, no decency, no care. If you don’t mind being ignored, mishandled, overcharged, and dismissed, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the stress and go literally anywhere else.
View on GoogleI would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the conduct of the Indian receptionist at the front desk. The manner in which she handled my billing was disrespectful and unprofessional. I had already informed the Filipino receptionists that I did not have my card with me, and they were very polite and cooperative in providing instructions. In contrast, the receptionist who printed my invoice was neither welcoming nor courteous, and she did not extend even a basic expression of goodwill. This is the second time I have experienced such behavior from her, and I respectfully request that this matter be addressed. On a positive note, I would also like to acknowledge the excellent care I received from Dr. Chiya. He handled my case with great professionalism and kindness. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The assistant, Mariana (if I recall correctly), was extremely supportive throughout my procedure and even afterward. Both the doctor and the assistant answered all my questions thoroughly and provided clear, precise post‑treatment instructions. There was no waiting time, and the team demonstrated both skill and genuine care. I will certainly recommend this dentistry to my family and friends.

The entire team is so professional and kind — they always make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. My son and I are both so happy with their service. A special thanks to Angelica — she’s wonderful, and it’s such a great plus that she speaks Spanish! All the dentists and assistants are truly fantastic. Highly recommended!
