Fraud Alert: These guys are the biggest scammers. They included repair expenses and other irrelevant charges to my loan without my consent or proper explanation. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue, the dealership has been uncooperative. I am considering to take legal action against them. Save yourself the Headache and go elsewhere!!

Have been attempting to purchase a car for almost 2 weeks now with representative not able to get loan approval, but making me pay 4000! Plus having to get insurance on this car. They will not release it even though I have paid for it. They keep dragging their feet stating the lender has not sent paperwork. They hang up the phone when I confronted them about this and will not give me my money back so I can go elsewhere.3 as in a row they said I could have MY car but when it comes time to deliver it they don't. I am about to file fraud charges. And contacting better business buearu. I've bought cars from lots before and it does not take 3 weeks

I bought a 2010 Ford Escape a few weeks ago. The price was the best in the region and Gordon was excellent to deal with! He went above and beyond throughout the buying process and I enjoyed that it was a low pressure sale. From the initial visit to delivery, I was blown away by Momo's service and professionalism, down to the detailing that was done on the vehicle for delivery. I would absolutely buy from them again!
