Great location. Front desk was responsive and accommodating. Received a room upgrade without asking. Everything was clean. Room was warm. Water heat level was great. The fridge was a little wet though. Overall, very pleased with this hotel and the service!
View on GoogleTiny claustrophobic rooms, not "cozy". Old beat up furniture. Very small closet with 4 hangers. 1 coffee pod no creamer, no sugar. Expensive. B&B's are better. Noisy main st. asked for quiet room.
View on GoogleSolid 4 stars. Lobby needs some updating and repair but the room we stayed in was nice and the location is gold but for nearly $600 for two nights should be a little higher end.
View on GoogleThe lady that checked us in was exceptional! Her customer service was a 10 plus...friendly, helpful and very professional! The rooms are mediocre...they need updating, the beds were very uncomfortable. Mattress needs replacing. We noticed there was a side door to the street that was left open until 11pm...we finally closed it, as it was a very cold night. The door had no lock on it, so was open for anyone off the street to come in. Safety should definitely be addressed, your guests need to feel safe!
View on GoogleGreat little spot if you're not going to spend much time at the hotel. Check in was quick and pleasant. They have a complimentary shuttle running between all the Vintage hotels which was handy since we were there for a wedding at another Vintage hotel. We stayed in room 120, small but clean. Contrary to other reviews, the air was fresh and clean. The room was a bit dated but had a nicely renovated bathroom. Only downside was the sunken mattress. The hotel is perfectly situated on the main street.
