I always have a very positive experience when working with Modern Landfill - when reaching out to them for billing related enquiries they are always quick to respond and helpful throughout the process. When I have needed clarification regarding garbage collection they have always followed through on the collection and provided all necessary information.

Got hit by one of the modern landfill trucks, completely totaled my car and they didn't even return my insurances phone call MULTIPLE times. DO NOT do any service with these people they are straight awful

I have been using Modern for my waste and recycling needs for 15 years. Account Manger Melissa Mann always has the answers and résolutions and any of my guestions or concerns.

I have been using Modern for over 20 years in both the QSR space and for general waste management for various projects at multiple locations. I have to say that after using many companies in this space throughout the GTA and Niagara region, no other company that I have used delivers the high level of customer support, service and value. From Will (either grabs my call right away, or texts me back) to the dispatch team(is very responsive and has helped me out with short notice) to the drivers (always friendly, take special care of the surfaces when dropping off bins-whether 40 yard or small ones, know how to fit it tight spaces, and respect neighbouring properties, are patient if delays to traffic, etc). As recent as today, the whole team fit me in for a short notice delivery, and was able to do so as I driver agreed to extend his day to take care of us ahead if a busy weekend with a full bin. Highly Recommend!

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by William Bould, who answered my questions with professionalism, enthusiasm and just overall great customer service. He listened to all my questions and concerns and provided great feedback & helped me resolve my issues. If anybody needs garbage services, there is nobody else I would recommend over William Bould at Modern Landfill!
