My first time here a few weeks ago, great welcome. I was offered coffee and all the staff was so friendly, especially Laura who enriched my experience. I took my time browsing and trying on many items, never felt rushed. My new go to place for clothes!

Incredibly poor customer service. Waited at the register to make a prchase and ignored by a staff person not 5 feet away. Lovely clothing but expected better customer service. ..or at least, not ignored.
