I recently had a problem with the screen on my phone... a lovely bike ride ended with me accidentally smashing my phone on the pavement and it appeared completely destroyed. Well Jabri to the rescue...he fixed my phone in about 20 minutes and it is working perfectly. Jabri you are amazing and I highly recommend seeing him for any issues you have with your phone. IF FACE ID MATTERS TO YOU, AVOID THIS REPAIR SHOP!!! Poor customer service. We had the screen on my daughter's iPhone 11 replaced, but a non-Apple screen was used, causing the Face ID to stop working. When we informed the owner that Face ID was functional before the repair, he was dismissive and disrespectful, even telling my husband he was speaking nonsense. Despite the repair being under warranty, he refused to take responsibility. The situation escalated to the point where the police were called. PART 2: IN RESPONSE TO YOUR POST It is truly disappointing to receive such an unprofessional and disrespectful response from you, Instead of addressing my concerns with professionalism, you chose to shift blame, and dismiss responsibility. Let me be very clear—the phone was fully functional aside from the screen damage when it was brought in. Since your repair process resulted in additional damage, the responsible and ethical approach would have been to acknowledge the issue and work toward a resolution rather than deflect with condescending remarks and lies. Furthermore, a business with integrity stands behind its work and values customer satisfaction, rather than resorting to defensive and unsubstantiated claims. As for the incident involving my husband, I'm surprised at your exaggerated attempt to shift the narrative as being threatened, despite your inability to handle customer disputes; your so-called employee was generously tipped on the day the phone was picked up!. A professional business would seek to de-escalate situations, instead of telling your customer that he was speaking nonsense when he lodged his complaints. You need to learn how to apply wisdom and how to talk to people rightly. To any potential customers considering this business—BEWARE!!! If you value respectful communication, accountability, and proper customer service, you may want to take your business elsewhere.
