You really need to get your website updated! Placed an order and paid online (NOWHERE does it say the card used to purchase has to be present at pick up….. ) I’ll even include pictures of the whole check out process….. so you didn’t give me my product that I paid for and never refunded my money……… I’ve been checking my account since Wednesday when I made the purchase….. get your shit together. You completely lost my service and I’ll be telling everyone to avoid you guys.

It is disgusting how long this establishment hasn't had AC. There has been several weeks of heat waves here in Welland and for a business that has always kept us coming back for the chill vibes. It is really lacking lately. Luckily for the customer we come in and out to grab our product. I really feel bad for the staff. In a business that uses multiple display lights... the heat really stacks up ! This is sad to see that MISS Jones doesn't respect its employees. Do better.
