Great store just not open Sunday’s. Has all your feed and farm supplies.

Your website shows products that are discontinued and not available, which is dumb. But the sales person at your NOTL store was so helpful and courteous, that after I left, I went back and spent 4 times more than I planned on a pond heater. Give her a raise. Put unshelled peanuts on sale more; the Blue Jays love them. Thanks.

I am a very LOYAL customer at NOTL store for both my dog & chicken feed on a biweekly basis, for years . On Sat Dec 6 I needed dog food and checked the website on closing time and seen it was 5:00 pm. I attended the store at 4:00 pm to find the doors locked and a male attendant at the cash area who gave me a brief look and then completely ignored my knocking on the door, when the sign for hours was still lit up saying closing at 5:00. IF the gentleman had to close early for a personal or business reason at least come and tell me that as opposed to completely ignoring me and walking away. Never in the past have I written a review for any reason good or bad, but this one set me off. If closing time changed to 4:00 fine just come to the door and tell me that. I will continue to be a customer in spite of today as i usually see Alysha and she is so pleasant and helpful, and that is the attention I'm used to. Management should use her as an example for how customers should be treated. Rick Calisina

The lady that helped me out with my weird seed request was very patient and understanding... She actually listened to me and helped! The store was nice and clean and very well stocked. Lots of variety of goods. Prices were competitive. The staff assisting me made the big difference here! I will be back. Keep it up!
