I had an outstanding experience with Minit when they serviced my wife’s Acura RDX. The issue was diagnosed and fixed incredibly fast, and the service advisor was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. The car is now running amazing, and you can really tell the work was done right. As a bonus, the team even washed the vehicle and returned it looking better than when I dropped it off. That level of care and attention to detail really sets them apart. Highly recommend Minit to anyone looking for fast, trustworthy, and top-notch service.

Great approach to customer, great guys. They explained everything in details what was needed to be repaired and kept it touch throughout the repair with updates and follow ups. This was the first time we used this guys,mainly because of the convenience since they're located very close to place where we live. I had a really great experience at Minit Auto Service Repair Shop. I came in during an emergency when they were already busy and close to closing, and other places told me they wouldn’t even be able to look at my car for several days. Despite that, they still made time for me. They even provided a shuttle, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. My car had to stay overnight, and they actually kept it for two days to do a thorough inspection and make sure everything was properly checked. I really appreciated that they didn’t rush the process just because they were busy. Imran was especially straightforward and helpful. I really appreciated how direct and honest he was .. no confusion, no pressure, just clear information. That kind of transparency goes a long way!

After 20+ years going to the same mechanic, I wasn't about to jump to just anywhere. I initially began visiting Minit to have my propane tanks refilled. I appreciated the friendly service, customer loyalty program, and most importantly, how they spoke to their customers about their cars - knowledgeably, but not condescendingly. Eventually I brought my cars in for seasonal tire changes and brake work. The workmanship so far seems excellent, and they are always done within the estimated time frame. Most importantly, they communicate quickly and effectively, whether before, during or after service. It's a family-run business that feels like one, in the best ways.
