Millennium Trail Manor

Our loved one spent a year and a half at Millennium Trail Manor. The staff is caring and professional. The rooms are kept clean, and the building is continuously being updated. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. Recreation staff plan lots of daily fun activities for the residents. Our family member was well cared for, and we are thankful for the staffs commitment and support.

Has only been a week .....staff seem very friendly and attentive.... I go at all different times and there always seems to be someone i can ask help or just scheduling questions.....

I've only been twice but the lobby, the second floor is very clean and tidy. All staff that I've interacted with are very friendly with big smiles

Entrance filthy with cigarette butter,landscape shavings all over sidewalk. Entrance to front doors once inside dirty,mats soiled,stained. Staff for recreational very aggressive attitude toward a concern and impolite.

A very poorly run facility - staff are often grumpy and rude, management doesn’t seem to last longer than a few months, no consistency, during the pandemic they would yell at residents. The place is a dump with no money being returned into the building via repairs. Showering facilities are often “broken” with no known time of repair. List goes on. Hard pass, don’t leave your loved ones here.
