I couldn't be more pleased with the staff at Miki if I tried. Every time I've brought my tech problems to them, they've fixed it quickly and affordably. No nonsense, no stress, just very efficient professional service with a smile.

I went into this store Aug 8/24 very distraught my phone was stolen I needed another one I have to be repaired. I'm in a wheelchair and need it medically. This guy can't fix it till Aug 12/24 and I need one immediately. I end up buying what he said was a new phone (I could only afford a cheap one) so with the sim just $158. Yes it will do everything I need. WRONG!!! IT'S A 5 YEAR OLD 10gb Androud7!!!!CAN'T EVEN LOAD MY NECESSARY APPS. Said I had a 30 day warranty. No charger box nothing because they don't come with it. I read the warranty NO REFUNDS!!!! HE TOOK FULL ADVANTAGE OF ME AND I'M DISABLED!!! ROBBED FOR THE 2ND TIME THAT DAY!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN FOR THIS SLICK SALESMAN!!! DISGUSTING DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

The owner and basically main employee (think it's his wife assisting at times) is a really great help and very fair. He will help with any questions you have and purchasing products from him he gives fair prices and backs his products for first month. If your unlocked phone you purchased ends up not, he will fix or replace it for you immediately. Always nice and inviting to all patrons entering store and great hours to get all your cellular needs handled with fair prices and quality service.

I had an emergency where a piece of my charger broke into my charging port of my phone. I called them and he took it in right away and fixed it in less than a minute free of charge! They also sell used devises and they all looked very well priced! Super happy and would recommend this place to anyone who needs a phone repair or an affordable device.

They are excellent! They repaired my phone for minimal cost and fast dropped it off for a few hours and done. Will recommend to everyone. If you can't afford a new phone they also sell great phones at great prices. Give them a try. They deserve 5 Stars.
