Anytime I have a car problem, I call Mike’s. They’ve always been honest and upfront about costs, timelines, and options. They work with you on what needs to be done ASAP, and let you know what can wait a bit. They’ve always been patient and answered questions. Our old caravan was literally on the road and passing tests for 14 years because of Mike’s Auto. My Tiguan has been through countless brakes, a squirrel nest under my hood damaging my lights, oil changes, etc. I’ll never go anywhere else. Highly recommend them.

Brought my car here a few weeks ago for tire change & new brakes, they managed to get me in a same-day appointment, was very quick about it considering I didn’t have an appointment… but got it done by lunchtime. No nonsense runaround like with most auto shops. Good/fair prices. Will come back!

Great honest service here. Small waiting room but within walking distance of interesting cafes/eateries in downtown Thorold. So much better than going for service at dealers.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. They went above and beyond for me as a new client. They gave me a second opinion which resulted in me saving a good chunk of money. Mike and Peter were also very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you for the excellent service....my vehicle is driving much nicer now.

Mike and team have taken care of six different vehicles (Honda, Mazda and Subaru) for us over the last 23 years and I won't let anyone else under the hood of our cars...ever! They are incredibly efficient, punctual, charge reasonable prices AND offer friendly service. Mike's Auto Service is amazing!
