The overall experience for our service appointment was great and we’ll definitely be back for service checkups. The only reason everything wasn’t all 5s on the review was because our sales rep sold us the Maverick the day before he was leaving for vacation. We really wanted the vehicle so he came in the morning he was leaving to give us a quick run through and we have an appointment booked with him the day he gets back. Since we have already owned a Maverick we knew the basics and definitely wanted the new one with the all wheel drive with all the snow we’ve been getting. Can’t wait to learn more about all the new features.
