Michael's Carpets and Flooring was highly recommended by our painter. Our instore experience with Shelley was terrific. She was super helpful and made the process of carpet selection very simple. We were pleasantly surprised with the very affordable, overall price, as well as, the quick installation date. We found our installer, Mike, to be very knowledgeable, considerate and extremely helpful. He did a thorough cleanup and even offered to move our furniture back in place. We had our contractor from McDowell Home Renonations update our home during Covid. He brought us so many samples for flooring within our budget. We chose a luxury vinyl plank since we have pets. It’s a beautiful light colour that makes the space feel much larger than it is. It’s been 3 years now and ours floors look the same as they did on install day. The team at Michaels delivered on time and were so easy to bounce ideas off. Highly recommend.

I have used Michael’s flooring several times over the last fifteen years. Prices are always fair and customer service is top notch. My last install was in a third floor attic which was very hard to get to. No scuffs or marks on any walls and the installation quality was excellent. Especially on the stairs. I highly recommend.
