Purchased my wedding band from here was told 2 weeks for resizing it has now been 2.5 weeks. My fiancé went in on the 2 week mark when we were told ring would be ready and was thoroughly disappointed by the customer service given in store, I called to inquire the following day was spoken to poorly in the phone. This store is in desperate need of staff that care about their customers. Definitely will NEVER buy here again

Both my wedding band and engagement ring are from here. Duha helped me this morning with my wedding band and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Not only are their rings stunning, the quality is phenomenal, and their customer service is even better. Duha was absolutely lovely, and so kind. Keith at the Pen Centre location very kindly exchanged a watch for me after the woman at the Burlington Centre location refused. This watch was important to me as it was a retirement gift that I could not exchange within 30 days as I was out of province. The watch was purchased in Niagara but I live in Burlington - I tried twice to exchange the watch in my home city. Keith was very understanding and helpful. It was well worth the drive to the Pen Centre - thank you so much Keith!

At Pen Centre in St. Catherines a few days ago to buy a bday gift for my granddaughter. I came across this store and noticed they had a great deal on a 925 silver pendant from $79 to $25 😁 Great service with a smile from Keith the Assistant Manager . This store is well laid out and not overpowered by too many items of jewellery. My Granddaughter loved her pendant and I'll be sure to return before Christmas 👌
