Terrible service from these people, the Doctor goes a way for over a month and we need a new cpap machine but we can’t get one if the Doctor doesn’t send an updated script that the secretary said she sent in just to get us off her back. My husband stops breathing in the night without it. The machine is at end of life, so lets chance peoples life’s for over a month instead of the Doctor having someone cover him for over a month. Unbelievable!!!!!

Yesterday was my visit with Dr.alexander very pleased from reception to intake process and than meeting the doctor felt welcomed and taken care of thank you very much!

Sharing experience with staff over phone My appointment is coming up, they gave me wrong appointment time, blamed me. Had an incomplete address, insisted they had it down perfectly fine. Accused me of having hearing issues when I triple checked spelling and all, raised her voice at me when I try to explain what happened and the issue on her end. So I was practically yelled at, blamed and accused for things that required a resolve, this place has no accountability... Worst customer service skills and zero professionalism. Why would someone want service from people who you can't put your trust in when it comes to your health.

This appointment for our 2 year old son was a total nightmare. It's hard to imagine an allergist and staff having no patience with children. Doctor and staff were rude, condescending, and displayed a complete lack of social skills and normal pleasant behavior. Avoid this place at all costs, unless you have to wait 6 months for an appointment like we did.

I have always felt very "at ease" and able to say whatever I wished, knowing that Dr. Alexander was patient. He would listen to whatever I had to say. I never felt rushed. ; never felt as though there was a clock somewhere timing my visit. Wonderful bedside manner!
