As a mortgage professional I often interact with lawyers during the closing process. On our most recent interaction helping a young couple upsize to a larger family home, Michael was very pleasant to work with. He was quick to respond to my inquiries and went above the call of duty to make sure our clients had a smooth closing experience. Thanks for your efforts Michael!

Mike is knowledgeable and patient. Great guy, did my mom's estate and I went back to do my will. His wife is a lovely woman. Made a difficult situation livable. ⚖️

Melinda is extremely rude. I called to inquire about rates to transfer my late father's estate to me and my sister. Melina didn't awknowledge his passing or say any "sorry to hear". She was short, rude, and bratty. She also couldn't give me a simple asnwer about when I could expect a call back about rates. Incredibly unhelpful, and I won't work with this firm simply becuase of that call. I kindly said I would have appreciated if she was patient on the phone and kind, and she said "thanks for your input" in a snarky way. Hire a new admin

Great experience. Extremely professional. I am having Mike working on another issue for my husband and myself because he did such a great job previously.

Cordial. Professional Admin staff. Be sure to get a clear answer about real ability to take your case and reply in a timely fashion. Busy & wants to help, but is too busy to do so for serious matters at this time.
