Amazing service. Due to COVID-19, my girlfriend had to prove she was her in-store to get her SIM activated. The two gentlemen working were both extremely helpful and patient. They went above and beyond to get everything sorted out with the people on the phone, and stayed an extra 5 minutes past close to make sure everything was proper Amazing customer service and very satisfied!!! A big shout out to Shane. We would have had to drive to Toronto otherwise!!

Absolutely the best customer service I think I have honestly ever received. After being told I couldn't pre-order the Google Pixel 4XL from the Bell Kiosk within the Pen Centre I figured I'd give it a chance and ask here and I do not regret it. Shane has been an absolute BLESSING the entire time. He has been nothing but helpful and considerate during the entire process. First of all he was able to preorder my phone for me, which was just awesome. He proceeded to make sure the plan we had picked was the best possible option for us. He also ordered me a case and screen protector for my new phone (then put the protector on for me as well). When returning to pick up my phone it hadn't been delivered yet but the lengths that Shane went to to ensure I still received my phone that day is astronomical. (Pretty sure he took his own PERSONAL time to deliver it to my house after store hours). I couldn't be happier with the service I recieved within the past week. I will NEVER go anywhere else to order another phone again. They are truly amazing here. 10/10 would recommend. Also Bell has better service than any other provider I've had too, which just makes this even more better.

This is THE Bell store for Niagara!! Shane and Joe are so amazing with their customer service!! You'd be silly to go ANYWHERE ELSE - and I'm NOT exaggerating - not even a little. Their small, local, family business is one that you can be proud to support. They go above and beyond for the "smallest" single line customer to huge enterprise customers (I know this from experience.) They always make you feel welcome and they're willing to help you with your new device, getting it setup or even issues later. They don't just "get your money and run" like other stores - they'll be there whenever you need them. They're a Bell Authorized Dealer without the "big box" Bell store experience. Go in and see them - you won't be disappointed!! (I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!)
