This rating is only for baking Section.The day I was ordering a cake, there were 2 ladies talking each other doing their work, I had to wait again for her to acknowledge me as she is still talking.Atlast I called them to take order. On the pick up day, the cake I ordered was a unicorn theme birthday cake, but they are trying deliver other theme. And I had to wait for 20 to 30 min they altered the cake.All in all not a good experience with Metro - Baking section

Needed help at self checkout and the two workers were so engrossed in their social conversation that I had to fix a work around myself. Then when I needed attended the one woman was looking right at me. She wasn't doing anything but she wasn't coming to me. I had to loudly say "excuse me"! Which was embarrassing to me. In addition I had to navigate the field of abandoned carts to get out. I took pics.

Lorraine thank you!!!! The most pleasant and helpful staff member in the self checkout. Couldn't reach a cereal way at the top at the very back. Became inventive on getting it. Yes!! Told me about clipping my MOI coupons and helped me find more cereal. I am highly recommending this awesome staff member for employee of the month. I was blessed to have her help me. Will come back for sure. Been here other times always positive visit. A shout out to the young lady making pizza also awesome service

I had such a wonderful experience in the wellness/natural products section thanks to Denise. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I never felt rushed, and she genuinely seemed to care about helping us find what we needed. Customer service like this is rare, and it truly made a difference in our shopping experience. They always have a great fresh selection of produce. The ladies at the cake/bread section are lovely! I know inflation has made prices high but the costs elsewhere for the same items are less. The place is always clean and staff are helpful. Overall, I love this store!
