Weekly stop for whole weat Italian bread and lunch meats. So good 👍

Me and my mom love this bakery! The staff are very friendly and they have yummy treats. I recommend trying their niamo bars or brownies.

They are closed Monday and Tuesday. Open Wednesday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm. Saturday 8:30am - 4pm. And Sunday 8:30am - 3pm. The best bread in town. In fact most people affirm It's the best bread period. May people buy especially to take to people who live out of town because they can't get bread this good. Don't pass up this gem.

On Friday July 13th, 2023 @ 9am I received absolutely poor customer service from the cashier. I was about to purchase approximately $30 worth of cold meats and requested a bag, to which I was informed that metro bakery will not be issuing bags anymore. I accepted that with no issues and then asked if I could get a slice of pizza which comes in a complimentary brown paper bag. I then asked if I could get another brown paper bag to put my cold meats considering it was a perfect fit, to which I was denied. I explained to the cashier that it makes no business sense to offer complimentary brown paper bags for a $2.00 slice of pizza but not offer me that same bag for $30 worth of cold meats. I don’t think she was very good at doing the math and couldn’t grasp that she’s going to loose $30 worth of cold meats revenue over a bag that she offers complimentary with a $2 slice of pizza. I absolutely feel bad for the ownership if my staff were to make piss poor choices that would cost the company. Needles to say I only got the pizza and and paid a couple of bucks when they could have made $30 bucks off me. The moral of the story; sometimes it pays to stay in school.
