Been a client here for 9 years.Our experience was fantastic up until this year.Theres been a change in staff and it's not for the better.Had an issue with a staff member. I requested to the manager ,to deal with someone else moving forward.I was completely snubbed and ignored.No reply to my email at all from the manager Karrie.This was atime sensitive matter.Totally ignorant and irresponsible. I was polite in my simple request to deal with another agent.

The Stevensville team are excellent problem solvers that treat you like a human being. They quickly addressed a very unique set of circumstances I ended up in from having my documents stolen while I was out of province. I've been with them nearly 20 years and will continue to do so for such excellent service. I highly recommend this small town branch for all your business and personal banking needs!
