Easily the worst banking experience I have ever had, specifically because of the branch manager. Patronizing and condescending would be a kind way to put how I was treated. I would appreciate if someone was able to get in touch with me regarding this. Thank you.

I tried to deposit money into my father’s account yesterday, but for some reason, the teller (Lincoln), felt he needed a supervisor to allow me to deposit the money. I have deposited money with no issue at the Grantham Plaza branch, so I’m not sure why this was a problem. He asked if I am Dad’s POA and I confirmed I am. Why the difficulty? I’m so sick and tired of Meridian Credit Union making everything I try to do to help my father so difficult. I am his POA and sole caregiver. I only keep a small amount of spending money in that account so Dad can still have a sense of autonomy when he’s out shopping with the PSWs. My entire family is now leaving Meridian due to all of the headaches. It is disgusting how a bank tries to interfere with the care of my father who suffers with Alzheimer’s and dementia. I will never have a kind word to say about your institution. Thanks for the extra stress!

Like seriously, I deposited money through ATM to use it emergency reasons, money was deposited on Friday night and Saturday passed by and today is Sunday and still can’t use it what is the point then, this is the worst situation happened to me with this bank seriously thinking to close my account here after 6 years with them.

A little goes a long way! Warm and welcoming atmosphere, staff and advisors. I'm a new member with Meridian and I'm absolutely blown away by the efficient and friendly service. Big thanks to Kait M. for all of their help in getting started and the exceptional communication. Feeling optimistic and excited to move forward banking with Meridian.

Kaitlyn is amazing!! I’m planning on moving out and renting an apartment so I wanted her to go over my earnings as well as my bills to see what I can afford. She went above and beyond to help me and I would definitely recommend her services to anyone and everyone:)
