Meridian Credit Union

I banked with Meridian for years (almost 20) but last year when I went to meet with Andrea, she was very standoff-ish and didn't make me feel comfortable asking questions about further services. Everything I brought up was shut down by her and her answers weren't helpful. This (lack of) customer service turned me off and I decided to go to another bank that didn't charge monthly fees and am much happier there. I learned more about loans and lines of credit from Google than from the professional staff member.

I would not bank anywhere else Meridian has always been there when I needed. Staff makes you feel at ease no matter what your banking needs are.

It's a small town bank . People get to know who you are. Every one is friendly and helpful.

Been banking here ever since I've moved to port 7 years ago. I have been working with Connie since day one. Always there when we need her and the staff are always very polite and helpful. Great place to bank!
