I would like to take a moment to say what a excellent experience I had a couple of days ago at this location with teller/customer service Brysen. Very approachable, very professional, did everything that I needed, but also, had a genuine warmth and friendliness about him. I was having a bit of a tough day and his empathetic and genuine human approach was much appreciated. Admittedly, most of my banking is done online, and I don't go in person often, but I'm so glad that I did and had Brysen helping me out today. Thank you

Bank machine never has money, app never works. Always issues. Good thing we can't charge them for inconveniences the way they do us.

I am so thankful for having this bank deal with our mortgage. Darryl Crocker helped my husband and I in so many ways and we enjoyed working with him. He was very pleasant to work with and are so pleased how everything worked out.

Easily the worst bank branch I have ever encountered. The amount of times I have come here and the ATM has either been out of service, out of money, or just plain not working is astounding. I only come to the bank once every 2 months or so, and probably four out of five times it’s out of service. Just close the branch down if you’re not going to maintain it.

Nobody picks up the phone, tried two days in a row at different times during their hours (10AM to 4PM, must be nice). I like the branch otherwise, everybody is helpful but I shouldn't have to take time off work to make an appointment then take time off work again for the actual appointment.
