Men's Detox

Staff are very nice and interested in helping you ! No matter what you need they are on it. I was here for 2 days detoxing and they helped me put in 3 referrals for inpatient services and were very ontop of my needs. My only complaint is the food isn't good. The one day I got served chicken that was very very pink so I microwaved it to cook it more. And the next day I got served severally undercooked pasta couldn't even eat it. . But that's not there fault that's the cook. They should get a new cook. But other then that incredible and understanding staff.

The staff were great the groups and meetings were mandatory as they should be they had clean beds and facilities nothing bad to say just wish that they could let us stay longer but that's no reflection on the staff or what they offer thank you to bill Marla and the ladies that took care of us you rock

I can only speak about the Adam Street location, Mike and his crew as well as the nurse were amazing as well as the food, great job!!!

My grandma went here they tied her down to the bed did not allow her to get up for 12 hours she got a bed sore and had to go back to the hospital because of how she was treated. And did not give her medicine after she had a four way bypass

Almost 10 years ago I went to a meeting at Thorold Group and got a desire chip because I couldn't stop A great guy there drove me to detox (adam st) as I had no where to get help. The staff were so kind to me and helped me get into a rehab program too! Thank you all for your help i am alive still and sober
