I ordered a burger that was supposed to be only ketchup and cheese unfortunately I got a burger that was covered in a bunch of stuff so I was a little annoyed I wasted $10 on something I won’t eat. By the time I had realized they were already closed so not much I could do. The rest of the food was decent so can’t complain too much. The people were really nice super friendly and they let me order pretty last minute. I just wish they listened when you specify only ketchup and cheese
View on GoogleHad just tried this place on New Year’s Day today. Nice little hidden gem 💎 here. Had the Triple Stack Burger with Large Fries and Brisk Ice Tea. For a new burger place in the city, I would not mind coming here when I feel like curving a good burger once in a while. This makes other fast food places a run for their money, plus you see the people cook the burgers in the back. 5 out of 5 from me. Not a bad place to start 2026 off.
View on GoogleI’m not one to judge based on one visit Just gave these guys a second chance after paying $13 for a Philly steak and cheese tapa Actually I’ve had tapas that were much bigger. So today I got their chicken sandwich daily special. $11. I opened the first half and had to search for the chicken. I’m a multiple business owner. And mistakes happen but when a client returns with a complaint, u give them the meal for free and offer to make them something. So… if you want to pay a lot for very little food , this is your place. No complaints about the food but not worth the price. You get a suggestion of meat not a fair portion. 0 for 2 attempts. I’m done
View on GoogleI'm really trying my best to understand all the high rated reviews. I've tried this place a number of times with hope it's actually as good as the reviews keep saying. Firstly. The number one issue is the food doesn't not match the price. There is no value to what you get. Now I understand if it was pricier and the food was above average but it's sadly not. The food is mediocre at best. I've tried their grilled cheese, signature sandwiches, poutines. And all are just OK. Their milkshakes are probably their best item and even that is average. Now it's not all bad news. The service is usually good. But unfortunately this is more of a food review. I don't really have any recommendations as this place is franchise and not much advise can do to improve anything. Not on my list of recommendations.
View on GoogleI like to come here on a Tuesday and get a grilled cheese or two on sourdough for under $5. It’s real cheese and just such a perfect grilled cheese. I pair it with their tomato bisque soup and oh lord it’s just so freaking good. They have a wide menu with daily specials but if you’re ever craving grilled cheese and tomato soup, this is the place!
