I ordered a Philly cheese steak from here tonight and it was horrible. I have been coming to this location since they opened and have never been disappointed until today. The bun is thin and the steak is chewy and gross. For the price I paid I expected to enjoy my meal, not throw it out.

Honestly used to love going here, but the last two times have been horrible. The lady who works Saturday nights is extremely rude. Last weekend we were came in to eat, and the woman immediately goes “I’m too busy to take your order, you need to wait like 20-25 minutes. I have my online orders first.” We were the only people standing in the restaurant and she didn’t even ask what we wanted. Unfortunately we waited what ended up being 47 minutes for two large poutines. Decided to try it again today, and we walked in the door to have the lady look at us, and verbally scoff and roll her eyes and walk to the back. She then worked in the back for a few minutes until a couple more groups of people came in and took our order. Just extremely unprofessional. If it’s really that busy, there should be more than one employee working - but we’ll be looking for a new location to go to.

I was craving a grilled cheese and tomato soup so I decided to give Meltwich a try and I’m so glad I did! The food was great, the staff were incredibly nice and the prices were very fair! They have some vegan options which is great as well! I will definitely be back!

I can't find the words to describe how happy I am with the place. The service was super nice, the place is clean and pleasant to dine in and the food..!! It's so good! I never knew I wanted my burger to have grilled cheese buns. If you never had one, like me, try it! You won't regret it!

The atmosphere and service of the employees were very nice. There food was also very good. The burgers were very delicious, especially the crispy chicken burgers they were done extremely well. Also their fries were done very well with a nice amount of salt.
