My wife and I had a great experience at Mellow Float! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything so we felt completely comfortable. The float session itself was incredibly relaxing and exactly what we needed. It was peaceful, rejuvenating, and a perfect way to unwind together. We both left feeling refreshed and stress-free. I went to Mellow Float Therapy today (Saturday) to relax and meditate, and it was such a beautiful and peaceful experience. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a sweet sleeping dog 🐶 named Zelda and her lovely owner — it instantly made me smile! I absolutely love pet-friendly places. I was offered a great 3-visit special — normally one float session costs $79, but with the package it’s $165 for 3 visits, and if you use them within 30 days, you get the 4th one free! Honestly, that’s the best deal ever for the ultimate relaxation experience. I booked the Constellation 🌌 Room, which features a large private float suite and a sauna with infrared lights. I meditated there for 10 minutes and then floated for another 50 minutes — total bliss. The room has two showers 🚿 and cozy robes, perfect for couples or friends. After your float, you can relax in the waiting area with tea 🍵 or water while still wrapped in your robe. There are also two vanity stations with blow dryers to help you freshen up before heading out. All the rooms are available at the same price, including the large sauna room that can fit up to four people — ideal for group sessions. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the smiling face of the owner and her adorable four-legged sidekick, Zelda, who made us feel right at home. The entire atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and thoughtfully designed to help you fully unwind. The infrared sauna left us feeling deeply refreshed, and the float session was like being suspended in space—totally weightless and serene. We both walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and completely recharged. If you’re looking for a place to de-stress and reconnect with yourself (or a loved one), Mellow Float is a hidden gem.
