Stopped coming here yrs ago due to rude customer service & pricing according to where you are originally from. Recently needed a product & came by shop 3x during reg biz hrs....it was closed each time. Boo on her & her nonsense. She deserves negative stars.

Store should be closed down. We need a new African store in Niagara pls. The woman is too lazy to own a business. Opens late and often too rude.

Horrible store. -10/5 stars. I called to ask whether they had a certain product. The lady said she had it and when I asked for the price, she stated “ I don’t know. It’s on the shelf.” Like she couldn’t walk over to check the price. I also noticed she charges products according to who the customer is. She charges regular when she knows you are African.

The custodian was very helpful but the stock was limited and I didn't get the red snapper that I needed for my Easter weekend meal. The surroundings are.clean and shelves organized for easy viewing.

Owner is unhelpful and rude at times, opens the store late and makes customers wait outside until she sets up. When I called to ask what she had in stock, she told me she "had everything" and abruptly hung up-- when I went the next day, she did not have what I was looking for.
