I had a bad experience with them .I had an appointment but I had to wait for an hour .When I asked how long it will take they said doctor is in the meeting we have no idea when he is done so I had to reschedule after waiting for an hour . I think they don’t respect and care about patient’s time .
View on GoogleI came to this pharmacy (located inside the doctor’s clinic) to refill my prescription, and the first time I approached the pharmacist, she was quite rude and had an attitude. I’ve now been waiting for a week for my refill, and there’s been no successful follow-up or update from either the pharmacist or the doctor. It seems like there’s a serious breakdown in communication or process between the pharmacy and the clinic. As a patient, it’s frustrating to feel ignored and to experience this level of unprofessionalism when trying to get essential medication. I hope management looks into this and improves both their service and communication moving forward. I hope the owner of the pharmacy will also consider the importance of good customer service and genuine kindness, too, and take steps to improve how patients are treated.
View on GoogleWhen we think about pharmacy, I would definitely reach out to them. Their team is excellent, including Dave, Kumar and other people. They not only fill out my prescriptions fast, but they have a system where they can work closely with the doctors at Medcare clinics to give optimal patient care. I highly recommend them. Even when it gets busy in the day, the team delivers the best. Not many people have family doctors unfortunately, including me, however they refill my medications as long as I have paper prescription with me issued by my doctor. Thank you for all you do :)
View on GoogleDecided to switch to a new pharmacy but when the new pharmacist called Medcare, the tech on the phone said we had not been to Medcare since April (despite being a regular customer). As a result of this mistruth, we had to drive home and collect receipts showing we had been to Medicare just the previous week and then everything was fine with new pharmacy. This never should have happened and it seems like a very intentional mistake/misstep/mistruth on behalf of Medcare in an attempt to get us to return there.
View on GoogleThe Ladies At The Front Desk Are Honestly So Rude , I watched her scream and yell at 2 immigrants that were infront of me , they constantly send people to the wrong labs to get blood work done that they do in house . GMNI is even Sick of there Mistakes . You work in health care your supposed to help not make things worse . MedCare Manager
