I always have a great experience at the clinic. Dr. Mann is an absolutely amazing doctor. He knows how to calmly explain health concerns and put your mind at ease instead of making you panic. He takes his time to go through everything thoroughly and ensures proper follow-through. I truly appreciate his care and professionalism.

Terrible service from the receptionist today… I injured myself at work early this morning and thought it would be best to get checked out sooner so I called at 10 am to book and appointment For 1pm while I was on my break they booked me in for 1 o’clock so I walked over and let them know I had an appointment they proceeded to tell me it was going to be a 20-25 minute wait… I said “even though I made an appointment “ and they said “ we are really busy today” I said “hence why I made an appointment i can’t wait that long I came on my break and it’s only 30 mins I made an appointment so I didn’t have to wait “ I told them to cancel or reschedule so they rescheduled for 5:30 and when I walked in the receptionist very rudely said “have a seat “ and kept giving me a side eye until her shift was done! Absolute terrible experience with the receptionist! Complete waist of time this afternoon what is the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait…

Yesterday me and my son visited this clinic. Gentlemen was very nice in the reception. I told him if he can fax the prescription to my TELUS Health pharmacy right now because of previous experience and he was willing to fax but the lady on the reception stopped him to do this and argued with me that they will do it later. I called today my pharmacy and ask them if my prescription is ready and look what they said.. AGAIN THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY PRESCRIPTION FROM THE CLINIC. Rediculious

WHY IS THIS CLINIC SO BAD 😭💔 Literally waste of time. It felt like the doctors had no idea what they were doing. AND ALSO, WHY IS THERE NO FEMALE DOCTORS????? Every time I visit this clinic (it’s closer to my home so I have no choice.) they never have a female doctor available what is up with this clinic? They should close down atp… (Update: Being qualified does not actually mean you know what you are doing but yes thanks for the reply)

My experience with the clinic was always very good, I am registered here for two years already, and anytime that I need an appointment or a walk-in service we are always treated very well, my experience with the doctors was always positive, and the treatment was efficient, they do what they can to help and to make you comfortable. From a prescription to a requisition. Girls from reception are always kind. Great service.
