Chef Medalla catered my bachelorette this past weekend. Everything was delicious. Her passion for food really shone through as she explained each dish and each dish was presented beautifully. She is so talented and was a joy to have cook for us. Thank you Chef Medalla- you made my bachelorette unforgettable!

A group of us who worked on the latest attraction Niagara Takes Flight for NPC wanted to celebrate all of the hard work and dedication that went into completing the project. Hannah put the same level of research, authenticity, hard work and dedication into preparing a lovely and delicious celebratory meal for our working group. Every ingredient had its place on the table or in a dish. Local ingredients and cultural specialties, we ate well. Hannah’s talents and amazing cuisine was the perfect send off. We had so much food leftover that we even sent all our working group members home with dishes to share with their families. If you are looking for a private chef who takes the time to research local dishes, use the freshest local ingredients, cooks with an abundance of flavour and is simply a lovely person to be around, then hire Hannah! You won’t regret it.

Absolutely obsessed with our catering experience for the bachelorette weekend! Hannah went above and beyond! The food was insanely delicious, the presentation was stunning, and the whole vibe made it feel so special. It ended up being the highlight of the entire weekend!
