I recently had the pleasure of working with Luanne at McNamara & Reynolds on our new house build. She helped me with tiles, flooring, blinds and paint colours . From start to finish the experience was seamless and truly enjoyable. I couldn't be happier with the results. Luanne met with me multiple times patiently helping pick out the perfect products. Her expert advice made a huge difference in bringing everything together beautifully. This company was recommended to us by family members. Friendly and helpful in-store staff. They quickly arranged a home visit to measure two flooring spaces and we were able to take samples out. Both jobs were done well and timely. 4*'s for this work. Unfortunately, we have gone back and forth with the salesman for the last 5 months to get the next flooring job measured and quoted He did come to our home at least three times between October and December but there has been no action on providing a quote and we therefore won't be using McNamara Reynolds for additional flooring work.

Over the past few years I have purchased flooring, shutters and paint from McNamara & Reynolds. The staff is helpful and well-informed. The design advice is excellent and their installers are first-rate. I have been very satisfied with their services and product lines. I highly recommend McNamara & Reynolds for both small and large projects.

It was time to replace our vinyl kitchen floor so we visited several local flooring companies and big box stores. Visiting other retailers provided us with a good background of the type of flooring we should consider and costs. The initial visit with McNamara & Reynolds was a very good experience as the staff were very helpful and well informed about their products. We visited the store on several occasions for flooring samples to take back home ( which they encouraged us too do). They have a wide variety of flooring coverings and there costs were comparable to other stores we visited. We choose to go with a Shaw Resilient Resort tile, Oatmeal colour (see photo) with a spacing for the grout. In order to save some labour cost we removed our existing tile floor and kitchen appliances. Their estimater, Bob came and provide us with a cost to supply and install the flooring and he was very efficient and no nonsense. The installer, Mike did a great job and was very meticulous with the layout of the tile. I have a construction background and was very impressed with Mikes attention to detail. Will not hesitate to return to this store for our next project.
