This is my "go-to" place for auto repairs in Niagara Falls. They are honest, fair and excellent mechanics! Great customer service! Simply put, they are the best!

Fantastic experience at McLeod's! I had originally contacted them for snow tires. They took care of the tires...and a number of other items during the same service appointment - all things I needed done...but was putting off. I can't say enough about this team! Dennis and Crew showed sincere interest and concern, and the price was great! At the same appointment I told them about a muffler issue I was having and that Midas wanted over $1,500 for the repair, and took a deposit of $400. I had initially waited over 2 hours at Midas with an arranged appointment to learn they wouldn't get to the work for several days. They had me convinced they were concerned and trustworthy. Hearing this, McLeod's immediately arranged a walk-in appointment for me with Zoro Muffler in Welland who fixed the repair in less than 30 minutes and charged me less than $300...and they fixed another service issue for no charge! Based upon Midas' paperwork, I learned they were going to use after-market parts that would result in needing additional service within 2 years. If McLeod's doesn't do the work themselves they WILL find you a reputable service provider who will help you! If you want a free coffee in a fancy showroom...and pay too much, go to Midas. Otherwise, go to McLeod's!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service at McLeod Auto Service My family and I were on a weekend getaway to Niagara Falls when the battery warning light suddenly came on. Being far from Toronto, I knew we couldn’t make it home safely in that condition. Since most auto repair shops were closed for the weekend, I searched for one that could help first thing Monday morning. McLeod Auto Service came up with excellent reviews, so I decided to go there. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Mr. McLeod, the owner. Even though the shop was full of cars already being serviced, he immediately took the time to help. He asked one of his technicians to grab a voltmeter, and the three of us went outside to check my car. The moment I started the engine, Mr. McLeod instantly spotted the issue — the alternator wasn’t working — and the technician verified it. We then went back inside his office, and that’s when Mr. McLeod contacted his parts supplier. Shortly after, he provided me with a very fair quote for the repair. Once the new alternator arrived, the team replaced it quickly and professionally. The whole experience was smooth, honest, and incredibly accommodating, especially on such short notice. I can’t thank Mr. McLeod, his son, and the entire team enough. Their kindness, honesty, and expertise turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. God bless you all. I hope to visit again the next time we’re back in Niagara Falls — even if my car doesn’t need repairs. Thank you very much!

Quoted 2 hours for 6 spark plugs and one coil pack. Took one hour, which I'm sure they know exactly how long changing 6 plugs take, then still charged my daughter 2 hours. Over $500 for this service. Outrageous. I'm assuming everyone that gave great ratings didn't get screwed over like this. Sleep well after doing this

I drove to a few garages this morning hoping to find one that could take me in right away.I had no luck till the last garage I went to like the others said no time but try McLeod Auto. So great he pointed me in the direction and started my drive to this garage, before I got there I stopped and called to see if they could even take me. The gentleman who answered the phone was the boss(Denis) talked to me like he’d known me for years, I explained the issue I was experiencing and he said come right I have a open bay and I’ll have my guys check it right away, one of the nicest people I’ve ever spoken to on the phone. I got to the shop parked my car, opened the door and walked in and again spoke to me like a family member, and said you are the guy that called in right and I said yes sir, before I even sat down in the chair he had one of his guys, all super guys as well I gotta say… they had my car in the air and knew the issue within minutes. Denis explained issues and cost and told him to go ahead with repair. As they repaired my car again I sat in a Denis’ office and we talked again like a father too a son. I have tried lots of garages since I’ve moved to Niagara and now my search is over, these guys are my new garage. They are so kind, so knowledgeable, well priced and so efficient its unheard of. Denis also introduced me to his friends and his son as well who was a very nice guy too. Denis you and your team are A1 and deserve 10 stars not 5. This is my new shop that I’m bringing all my vehicles to and everyone check it out you won’t be disappointed. Bruno P
