Jordan is a star! I had two hard-to-find parts that I needed for a rooftop furnace. While other suppliers said 3-4 weeks, he tracked them down and had them in 4 days! That dedication is how great service happens!

I needed help with replacing the insulation of the copper pipes that connect the indoor unit to the unit outside. Neon was very patient and helpful. He took lots of time to find the best solution for me. I appreciate his kindness and help!

I had a very disappointing experience here. I purchased the wrong part by mistake and called ahead to ask about returning it. The gentleman on the phone told me they “don’t usually take it back” but that they would look at it and, if it was in good condition, they would. Based on that, I drove 40 minutes to do the return. When I arrived, I was told flat out that they don’t take it back, and when I explained the phone conversation, they essentially accused me of lying and said nobody there spoke to me about it. Not only was I denied the return after being told otherwise, but I was treated very poorly in the process. This cost me time, gas, and left me feeling very disrespected. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend them.
