Friendly service sure but waiting almost 10 minutes for fries just to have both the containers look like this. Had to explain my order multiple times cause the guy taking the order just decided to make random changes to our food. Still didn’t end up with the one proper burger we ordered… This location has quickly started to go downhill.

Ordered through their app for delivery. This location fulfilled our order. My son didn't receive his food. Called store. Not their problem. Contact through app was long and painful and no resolution but a stupid coupon. Kid is hungry, u messed up, make it right and bring the food you ripped us off.

I am from Niagara Falls, so this isn't my usual location.But I decided to stop for breakfast before work. I went through drive through and ordered a breakfast combo and then an extra breakfast sandwich on the side. They looked a little confused as to which order was mine when I got up to the window but they found it and I paid. They were very kind. However, when I got to work, both of my sandwiches were wrong. I don't typically complain at establishments, but I was not able to eat either of my sandwiches. I called the establishment, and the manager Jen answered in a very friendly voice. I told her my experience with the drive through, and she was SO apologetic and kind about it. She told me to come back and she would replace my order.And she went above and beyond my expectations of great,amazing customer service. Jen needs to be recognized that she is a great manager and a great employee, and she turned a bad situation into a really good one. I WILL be coming back to this location! Thank you so much to Jen and her crew for helping me out with great customer service. I truly appreciate it, and I hope to see you again in the future :)

Tim hortons is good, I enjoy there coffee and good service. I come here almost every day. Every team is different. You can not always expect the same service each time you go. One meal will be the best as another is messed up. Check before you leave each time to save your self from wrapping around the building or going inside.

The employees were pleasant, and the food came out fresh and hot. I didn’t go inside, so I can’t comment on the in house service or dining area, but overall, this visit was smooth and enjoyable a solid experience at McDonald’s. Were loving it 😍
