Had my little one’s birthday party there on Sunday Feb 22/26 and I was beyond impressed. Cassie was amazing with the balloon animals and face painting, as well as answering any questions I had. The place was already decorated for us, which I wasn’t expecting, and it looked so nice. I would highly recommend having a party there.

We had our daughter’s third birthday party here in January, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Our host, Liam, was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the event. The behind-the-scenes staff were equally impressive, accommodating our food orders efficiently even with a higher number of children than anticipated. It will be difficult to top this celebration, and that is entirely thanks to the hardworking and wonderful team at this restaurant.

i asked for extra pickles on my burger and they did not disappoint!! not 1 not 2 but 10 pickles!! this is the best day of my life 🥰🥰

Had our childs birthday party here yesterday and everyone really enjoyed it. Had a few parents say they would love to use this place for their party. We didnt expect there to be decorations and colouring sheets set up on the tables, it was a very nice touch! Our host Cassie was great with the kids and kept them occupied with ballons and tattoos in the play area. This was my first time throwing a party and this location really made it alot smoother for us. Thank you again to the host Cassie!

My son slipped and fell as soon as he walked into the restaurant. There was so much thick slush, the floors were not kept up with. He landed on both hands and knees. We approached the staff at the counter and asked to speak with a manager. Savren (a manager in “training”) came to us with a smirk on his face, I told him what happened and he said “well there’s a wet floor sign” then laughed. I said are you not going to acknowledge what happened, not going to apologize, not even ask if my FOUR year old son is ok? He laughed again. I asked for another manager who corrected it and apologized on Savren behalf. No customer service skills, no empathy, not good with children. What do you see in this person to promote them to management. Not a great start to the new year.
