McDonald's

We ordered a simple order. 3 breakfast sandwich combos. They didn't give us any hashbrowns. When we called the restaurant, instead of sending out what we paid for, they told us to use the app to request a refund for them. A task which is not straightforward, and frankly, we would have preferred to have the breakfast we ordered then a refund. But there was not even an offer to deliver the food we ordered for delivery. This restaurant is slow on a good day, and often leave items out of orders. Last time they didn't put the nuggets in a chicken nugget happy meal. Unbelievable clown show.

Ordered the quarter pounder meal, and i have no idea what they are doing but it tasted horrible. Even my bf who is not picky thought the same. They also forgot our sweet and sour sauce that we paid for. Prices have gone up, but size and quality have gone way down. Better to cook your own meals at home.

I ordered mac chicken muffin this morning and the bread was burned and turned totally black from sides. Very disappointed! Please look twice what you serve to your customers. Some people can’t even come back to replace the food cause they can get late for work.

Normally I wouldn't be one to complain, but this was kind of crazy. I ordered a "Jr Chicken, only lettuce add bacon" and every McDonald's knows that the adjustments are for the condiments/toppings unless specifically requested otherwise. They gave me a Jr Chicken, no chicken?

My order was completely wrong . I even ordered my burger apart before adding it as a combo so it wasn’t messed up.. I asked for no cheese due to allergy’s and they still put it on making me have to throw out the whole burger.. if the cheese didn’t melt into the burger and the lettuce wasn’t trash maybe it could of been saved. Do better. Stop wasting peoples money & make the orders as asked.
