My husband got a double QPC today but one of the patties was completely uncooked… something really needs to be done about this he ate a quarter of it until he realized how pasty it was. We are appalled. We’ve never expected perfect dining from McDonald’s but cooked food is the least we expect.
View on Google8:15am...No way should tea taste like coffee even with a tea bag in cup. Also only warm not hot. Not sure how those things happen but not first time. Will be last time. Not going back.
View on GoogleThey always are very quick for dine in or drive through, I love in December they even throw a breakfast with Santa. Summer time you could even be lucky enough to receive free child entry to the Niagara zoo or Christmas light show discounts. It's always clean and a very respectful establishment.
View on GoogleUpdate. I had an issue this morning with my order and called to fix it. I spoke to Dan one of the managers at PC McDonald's. Dan was not only very apologetic but promised to fix it when I came in next. I went in tonight and luck would have it Dan was there. He was so nice and easy to deal with. He took care of everything right away. Thank you so much Dan for fixing everything and for being so good at your job. I hope you have a very happy holiday. The food continually gets mistaken or forgotten etc. They do normally try and replace it (you have to go back and get it). However my biggest complaint over cold food, forgotten food etc is when you sit in the drive thru and they let you sit there while taking cars in the other lane over and over again. It happens WAY to often in Port Colborne. I get 1 car but 2 , 3 ,4 cars while saying hello. Come on guys do better. I am polite, tip and try to be understanding but enough is enough
View on GoogleI placed breakfast order and they gave me the wrong order! I called at 10:55 AM and spoke with an agent who said come anytime and state my name. Return next day sept 28 12:20 ON SHIFT MANAGER basically accused me of lying, cut me off during conversation and I was nice, polite despite them messing up my order. Told me toasters not working, she never spoke to me etc etc They need to retrain manager and customer service
