First time having MacDonalds in a couple years due to their decision to change the big Mac was a BAD decision, and their shrinkflation of product accompanied their inflation of price had me try both Burger King and A&W for the first time ever (don't judge me, I loved big macs and if it's not broken don't fix it so I was loyal, and a cheap date!) But... the fries still damn good, though only filled halfway now... and the rest of the food subpar still. Granted still great coffee.

Do not go to this McDonald’s unless you want your order messed up or a burger that’s just slopped together. The staff here clearly don’t care about customer services or providing a positive experience. I ordered a Big Mac meal and customized it and a Spicy McCrispy Sandwich. The Big Mac wasn’t even close to how I ordered it and my Spicy McCrispy looked like a two year old put it together. I called in to express my concerns and the manager always seems to pick up. They offered me an exchange but wanted me to drive back to the store in this Bad weather. No thanks, you and your staff don’t care the first time I ordered, I could just imagine what my exchange would have looked like. 🤮🤮 Had to suck up a $25 loss. If you’re craving Rotten Ronnie’s Don’t go to the Lundy’s Lane location.

This location was never a favorite of mine but lately the staff really has picked up their game. You finally get greeted and treated like a proper customer. Definitely makes it much more enjoyable for ur visit.

I ordered from Uber Eats a bacon and egg McMuffin meal with extra bacon. My photo.. is what came 🤦‍♀️ so basically I paid $20 something bucks for fries, coffee, and some bacon to eat 👍🤦‍♀️ jeeze louise. The worst thing about fast food is, if your not looking at the order before you put it out.. that's too fast, because now your not reading the order. I contacted Uber Eats and got a $2 refund on my account when this McMuffin cost me $7 something. So disappointed. So beyond disappointed.

Very disappointed with my experience… I rarely leave reviews, but my recent visit to McDonald’s was frustrating enough that I feel it needs to be shared. My order was extremely simple — just two Coca-Colas. Somehow, that still managed to go wrong, not once, but twice. When we received our order, we discovered that one of the drinks was a Sprite instead of a Coke. Mistakes happen, so we went back to the counter to have it corrected. Unfortunately, the replacement drink we were given was not a Coke either — it was a root beer. At that point, after correcting the order twice and still not getting what we originally asked for, we decided to give up and leave. This is not about a minor mix-up — it’s about the complete lack of attention to detail and quality control. It’s frustrating when a basic request is handled carelessly, and it’s even worse when multiple opportunities to fix the problem are missed. We left feeling irritated and disappointed, and frankly, it’s the kind of experience that makes me think twice about coming back to this location. McDonald’s should be consistent, especially with something as straightforward as two fountain drinks. Unfortunately, this visit was anything but consistent, and it has left a bad impression.
