McDonald's

We live in Grimsby and this is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Service is excellent. I take my family here all the time and the exceptional service is consistent. Cayden, well, that young man did a great job. My wife always asks for extra utensils for the kids and he was able to provide very quickly. He deserves some credit and at least employee of the day. Also we did clean up after, everyone should do that. Always have manners even when eating out.***I have to add to this review. It’s the best McDonalds and and I’m lucky to live so close. I just placed a delivery order that I was having issues with on the app. I called and they fixed it. Awesome service!!!

So if u want messed up orders and opposites of what u want then go here! Love expecting to open my bag of food to only find it’s not what I ordered. Thanks.

After it seemed like the biggest amazing turnaround for this location, I went through their drive through at 2AM and after hearing the prompt regarding collecting points I waited and waited for anyone to say anything after that. Then I drove to the window only to have no one ever come. I then drove back through and was finally asked for my order by a male. Got to the window and paid; received the two burgers with an eye roll. The no-meat Bug Mac was decent, however the McChicken was just about rock hard and tasted really bad. I get it! It’s McDonald’s and maybe my hopes were too high, but they were the only ones open at that late hour after having a really tough night. I AGAIN went back through and again wasn’t answered after the “points prompt”. Arrived at the window and the female came to the window and I asked if I hold have a fresh McChicken made. She told that the one I got was fresh and I told her it was rock hard and tasted very bad. She took it from me and after a few minutes, I was given a new one with yet another eye roll. If you’re going to be open 24HOURS maybe you should actually care about what you’re serving and how you treat the customers?…. DO BETTER!!!

Every time I go to this McDonald's, they don't fill things and I have no idea if the franchise owners tells them to fill everything halfway or less to save money, but fries are never full and McFlurries are never full. It's been like this for years! A regular McFlurry is $6.00. You're telling me they won't even give you half of what you paid for????? Insane. Worst McDonald's around.

I went to this location for a chicken nugget happy meal for lunch and clearly asked for sweet n sour sauce. Drove up to the second window where I saw the young lady holding my happy meal and chatting up a storm with her co workers. I watched the time, it took her 6 minutes to finally walk over and hand me my happy meal. I opened the box and saw no sweet n sour sauce and horrible fries. Went through the drive through Again and asked for sauce and new fries. I got NO sauce AGAIN!! And the same old fries! I called the manager from my car and all he said was “oh I’m so sorry”. He did not offer anything! I told him I’m in the parking lot and I want my sauce, he said “ok I’ll bring it out to you”. I told him my car colour and model, he came out and already forgot my car colour(there was only 3 cars in the lot all different colours) To my 13 MILLION Google review viewers- I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALDS!!!!!!!!!
