McDonald's

We love this location for the Play Place. My daughter loves to play there and meet new friends. The Play Place at this location closes at 8pm. The food is as expected, the bathrooms are clean but do require a staff member to open.

Ordered a large drink instead of a medium inadvertently using the self-serve kiosk as there was no cashier available. Requested from the manager (James) to kindly just switch it to a medium without the need for refund then reorder; however, he refused citing they have to to the formal refund process due to inventory reasons. I had no qualms with that but then he did not offer to do the formal refund then exchange. For a manager who should be setting the example for customer service for his employees, he did a terrible job. It was a small ask. I worked at McDonalds in Grimsby for several years as a teen and it was drilled into us that you always strive to satisfy the customer. Clearly times have drastically changed. The only employee I did meet there that I want to acknowledge is Zander who I met for the first time. He was kind and patient. Wish his manager had been the same.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location today. The manager, James, had the worst attitude towards us and acted like doing his job was so inconvenient. We also saw his pants almost fully down when he was packaging fries in the kitchen, didnt even bother to pull them up. Appetite completely gone. Avoid this place if hes on duty!!🙁

Part of the order had a 1/4 BLT burger. It did not have the bacon. I had a couple bits out of it. I went back up. They offered to take my burger back and add it. I feel like this is a health issue for the employees to handle a partially eaten burger then handle other food items. I declined that option and they made me a new one. No real care about the mistake. The restaurant had a weird renovation that is quite ugly and not appealing Washrooms were clean except the sinks look dirty and stained I know McDonald’s is not cheap. It was $51 for 3 meals. Just crazy to me that’s why I don’t visit very often.

McDonald’s on 4748 Ontario St, Beamsville, Ontario is an absolutely excellent McDonald’s location to visit. The location is extremely clean inside and out, the bathrooms are very clean, the staff is very friendly staffed with mostly Canadian high school students. The service was very friendly and they prepared my order very quickly. Nice family atmosphere and environment. I highly recommend.
