If you're reading this review deciding where to go for your next bike or bike service then I am here to tell you, JUST GO HERE. Small town flavor, mixed with just the right amount of bike nerdery, friendly, helpful and not even a hint of elitism. I like the fact that Chris is running a full service shop. Even suspension. No sending out. Just an overall fantastic laid back bike shop experience. The way it ought to be!

I had a rear flat tire today and they helped me get back on the road immediately. He also looked at the bike for other issues and fixed a problem with the front wheel. Great service

Absolute 11/10 service!! I was staying in Crystal beach and had a flat tire and wheel that needed to be taken care of and the McCooey team got to it right away. Friendliest staff and super cool shop! Couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you so much Colin and Chris!!

We were staying in Crystal Beach for the weekend with plans to go for a bike ride on Sunday. Only to discover that my wife’s rear tire was completely flat and somehow the wheel was bent too. We brought the bike here and Chris and Colin had it fixed in no time at all. Thanks for saving our weekend!

A great local place to get your bikes as well as personal service. Big box stores don't offer this level of personal attentive service. The attendant spent all the time in the world to help me with my specific questions and even followed up with a phone call days later to ensure ingot what I needed. Definitely a place I would recommend.
